Holidays - Only Christmas Day and New Years Day affect the collection schedule.
If Christmas Day and New Years Day fall on a Monday or Tuesday the collections
day will be the Saturday before, if the collection day falls on a Wednesday,
Thursday or Friday the collection day is the following Saturday.
